Kyle has over a decade of experience in the brewery, bar and restaurant business spanning genres from breweries to fine dining and chains to taverns. Most recently, he has been a bartender and bar trainer at both Blue Tractor Brewery and Casey’s Tavern in Ann Arbor, MI. Prior to moving back to Michigan in 2010, Kyle cut his teeth as a bartender, trainer, manager and assistant brewer with multiple establishments in California and Michigan, most notably Lodi Beer Company in Lodi, CA and Frankenmuth Brewery in Frankenmuth, MI. He also worked as the Special Events Manager with the Stockton Ports Professional Baseball Club in Stockton, CA. While with the Ports he scheduled and managed concerts, charitable events, tournaments, etc., with the focus on working with, and supporting, the community. Kyle looks to pull from his eclectic industry background and provide the community with a unique and ever-evolving experience. Kyle is a proud graduate of the University of Michigan.

Tim is the former Head Brewer at Blue Tractor Brewery in Ann Arbor, MI. While at Blue Tractor Brewery, he has had 45 of his beers rated an 85 or higher from the Beer Tasting Institute (BTI, tastings.com) and has received All About Beer Magazine's Best Beer Awards in 2010, 2011, and 2012. Prior to Blue Tractor Brewery, Tim was Assistant Brewer at Grizzly Peak Brewing Co. in Ann Arbor, MI. Tim was also a Manager and Bartender at PJ's, Goodnite Gracie, and Rush St. Restaurant in Ann Arbor, MI. In addition to mastering his craft on the job at Blue Tractor Brewery and Grizzy Peak Brewing Co., Tim also attended the Seibel Institute of Brewing Science & Technology in Chicago, IL where he received an Associates Certification in Brewing.
